Childbirth Education Classes

Comprehensive Childbirth Class - $445 

This class is great for all birthing locations (hospital, home, or birth center) and includes everything taught in our other classes! It is the most information and the BEST deal!

​

Whether you desire a medicated or unmedicated birth, are first-time parents, or are preparing for a VBAC, this class will prepare you on all levels – physically, mentally, and emotionally.

 

Workbook is included.

 

This class series runs 25 hours and is typically taught over a 10-week period, or ten 2.5 hour sessions.

​

The best time to start this class is approximately 20-24 weeks.

Homecoming Class - $145

This is your manual for early parenthood! Topics include introduction to breastfeeding, newborn procedures, babywearing, safe sleep, postpartum topics, and baby comfort techniques to help you and your partner get off to a great start with your new baby.

​

Class time approximately 4 hours.

Siblings at Birth Workshop - $95

The tone for the growing family starts by the way we approach birth as a family. When children are included in the preparation for childbirth with their own birth class they see the coming baby as a celebration.

​

When choosing this class, it is highly recommend to take our another class or workshop, as well.

 

Workbook included. Ages 3+.

 

Class time approximately 3-4 hours.

Hospital Birth Class - $295

Birthing in the hospital? This class is for you! Our hospital class is designed for the couple who wants more than a typical class. More education. More fun. More relaxation and labor practice. This class focuses on providing information on interventions, including medicated and cesarean births. This class gives you the ability to make informed decisions as your birth unfolds. 

​

When choosing this class, it is highly recommend to take the Homecoming Class, as well.

​

Workbook is included.

 

This class is 15 hours in total, typically taught over six 2.5-hour sessions. 

​

The best time to start this class is approximately 26 weeks.

​

Comfort Measure Workshop - $145

This workshop is designed to help both partners build confidence for the big day. You will learn a lot of relaxation, comfort measures, massage, imagery for labor, as well as communication skills for labor.

 

This workshop does NOT replace a childbirth education course.

​

This course includes a beautiful booklet that will be perfect to take to your birthplace. You will also receive our amazing relaxation book, which includes a variety of relaxation scripts that walk you through physical, emotional, and mental exercises, giving you the tools to take back your inner peace.

 

Class time is approximately 3.5 hours.

​

The best time to start this class is approximately 34 weeks.

​

Nutrition & Fitness During Pregnancy  Workshop - $125

Being healthy and low-risk will not only help you in the delivery room, but you will feel better during pregnancy, birth and recover more quickly postpartum. This all starts with great nutrition habits and fitness techniques taught in this workshop! Birth Boot Camp has designed a program especially for you. You will learn the how-tos in class and build a great physical foundation for your pregnancy, birth, and baby.

 

Class time is approximately 4 hours.

This class is best started in the first or second trimester to make the biggest impact in your healthy journey through pregnancy.

​

Please note that all of this material is included in the Comprehensive Class, Hospital Birth Class and the BirthCenter & Homebirth Classes .

Birth Center & Homebirth Class - $245 

Planning to have your baby at home or at a birth center? This class will give you the nuts and bolts of labor. Learn what happens before, during, and after birth, as well as variations of labor and watch birth videos of out-of-hospital births.

When choosing this class, it is highly recommend to take the Homecoming Class, as well.

 

Workbook is included.

 

Class time 10 hours, typically broken up into five 2.5 hour sessions. 

​

The best time to take this class is approximately 26 weeks.

​

Reboot Refresher Workshop - $145

This class is best for those who have already taken a childbirth class with a previous pregnancy and need to brush up on their skills. Class will be tailored to your needs based on your previous experience(s) and current concerns – of BOTH partners.

 

We’ll also cover Relaxation, Top 10 Tools for Dads, Communication, Labor & Pushing Positions, Comfort Measures, adding a new baby to your family, and anything else you have questions or concerns about.

​

Class time is approximately 3.5 hours.

​

The best time to start this class is approximately 32 weeks.

​
